Roy Toy designed and began selling these log cabin building sets in the 1930s. The packaging and the components remain the same, 80 years later. This, most basic building set, mimics the construction of a real cabin, a cool framework to think about whether you're a kid or an adult. It reminds us of the story of Dick Proenneke who video documented his time in the Alaskan widlerness in the 1960's. Watch a short video of him, single-handedly, building his own log cabin here.
